VIKAND is seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to support key initiatives across the healthcare and maritime industries. This is a full-time, remote independent contractor opportunity offering annual compensation of USD $25,000 and valuable exposure to international projects, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.

What You’ll Do

Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking
Coordinate activities across multiple departments
Prepare project documentation, reports, and meeting notes
Monitor timelines, deliverables, and project progress
Assist with budget tracking and risk identification
Collaborate with healthcare, maritime, logistics, and technical stakeholders
Support training, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Interest in project management, healthcare, maritime operations, or logistics
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools is a plus
Healthcare or maritime experience is beneficial but not required
